Dignity
Every person's journey deserves to be honored with respect, intention, and grace.
Our philosophy
Our philosophy is simple: people deserve more at the end of life - more support, more presence, more care.
A personal note
We created Weavers of Care because we believe people deserve more at the end of life.
More support. More presence. More care - not just for the patient, but for the primary caregiver walking beside them.
That belief is not just personal - it's also grounded in science.
In the book Your Brain on Art , researchers explore how engaging with art - whether through music, movement, touch, or creative expression - has measurable effects on the human body and mind. Even brief experiences can reduce stress, lower cortisol levels, and create a sense of calm and connection. Over time, regular engagement has been shown to improve overall well-being and even contribute to longevity.
To us, this reinforces something we've always felt to be true: Care is not only clinical. Healing is not only physical.
Moments of beauty, connection, creativity, and peace matter - especially at the end of life.
That's why we've intentionally woven therapies like music, massage, and mindfulness into our model of care. Not as extras, but as essential elements that support both the patient and their primary caregiver.
This work is deeply personal to us. And it shows up in everything we do.

What guides us
Every person's journey deserves to be honored with respect, intention, and grace.
We show up - fully - for patients and families alike.
We don't accept the status quo. We actively seek better ways to care.
We treat the full person: body, mind, spirit, and relationships.
