Integrative hospice care

Therapies for the Body, Mind, and Spirit

Available to both patients and their primary caregiver - provided as a standard part of our services.

A different kind of support

Holistic care is core to who we are.

In addition to expert clinical hospice services, Weavers of Care offers a range of integrative, holistic modalities designed to foster comfort, connection, peace, reflection, and meaningful moments during life's final chapter.

These are not add-ons. They are core to who we are - and they are available to both the patient and the primary caregiver.

Massage therapy supporting relaxation and comfort

Our modalities

Comfort can take many forms.

Massage Therapy

Gentle, therapeutic touch designed to ease physical tension, reduce anxiety, and promote calm and presence. Offered to both patient and caregiver.

Reiki

A gentle energy practice that supports relaxation and emotional balance for both the person receiving care and those caring for them.

End-of-Life Doula Services

Trained doulas provide non-medical support through emotional and existential questions, legacy work, vigil support, and meaningful ritual.

Music Therapy

Music experiences can reduce pain perception, lower anxiety, evoke memory and meaning, and provide bedside comfort.

Art Expression

Creative expression can help process emotion, create legacy, and find peace during life's final chapter.

Mindfulness & Guided Relaxation

Breathing, visualization, and mindfulness practices support physical relaxation and emotional presence for patients and caregivers.

Art and creative expression supporting comfort and connection

The science behind it

Moments of beauty and connection matter.

Research shows that engagement with art, music, touch, and creative expression has measurable effects on the human body - reducing cortisol, easing stress, and improving overall well-being.

We don't offer these therapies as extras. We offer them because the evidence supports what we've always believed: moments of beauty and connection matter, especially now.

All holistic modalities extend to the primary caregiver

Caring for someone at end of life is one of the most demanding things a person can do. We believe the caregiver's well-being is inseparable from the patient's. That's why we made this a cornerstone of our model - not a premium.
